An Implementation Agreement was signed between the PGB and KEITI for the Master Plan for Marine Plastic Waste Management under the Consulting Official Development Assistance project.

Gov. Jose Enrique Garcia III said the partnership's goal is to develop a comprehensive master plan to enhance environmental management in the province and address challenges posed by marine plastics.

“This project will produce pre-feasibility studies and Project Concept Papers for infrastructure projects, along with the implementation of protocols in Bataan and other identified areas in the country facing similar issues,” he emphasized.
