Laguna ICT council champions digital transformation

SAN PABLO CITY, Laguna (PIA) – As one of the digital cities in the Philippines, San Pablo has consistently propelled its agenda for a smart and sustainable community that uses information and communication technology (ICT) to foster economic growth and connect with different entities, businesses, and cities.

To further bolster its digital landscape, the local government of San Pablo, through its ICT Council and the Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) Region IV-A, conducted an Enhanced Institutional Development Workshop held at the San Pablo City Convention Center on April 12, as part of the Digital Cities 2025 program of the department.

The workshop fosters an insightful discussion and collaboration among key leaders and stakeholders in the national and local government, academe, and other industry partners.

It also served as a way for the council members and participants to broaden their knowledge of digitalization and contribute to the broader digital transformation of the country.
