TUBOD, Lanao del Norte (PIA) -- Hired on the spot ang 32 ka job seekers  dinhi sa probinsya sa gipahigayon nga  122nd Provincial Labor Day Job fair niadtong May 1.

Subay kini sa selebrasyon sa Labor Day nga gipanguluhan sa Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Lanao del Norte sa tabang sa provincial government og municipal government sa Tubod.

Kapin 3,000 ang gitanyang nga trabaho atol sa job fair sama sa salesman, service crew, electrical engineer, welder ug uban pa.  Samtang, 27 ka sa establishments ang nag-offer og mga job vacancies. Tulo niini ang para sa overseas.  

“This is Job Fair  is for the Labor Day, kay gusto nato ang mga tawo, macater jud sila sa ilang panginabuhian. Lisod baya ang opportunity for them to look for jobs especially katong mga nawad-an og trabaho, katong gusto mujoin sa labor force,” sumala ni DOLE Lanao del Norte Provincial Head Criste Perfecto.

(This job fair is for Labor Day because we want people to secure their source of income. It is really challenging for them to find jobs, especially those who have lost their jobs and those who want to join the labor force.)Nag-recruit sab ang Philippine Army para sa officer candidate course og candidate soldier course. 

Sumala ni Public Employment Service Office Lanao del Norte Manager Evelyn Lopez, aduna nay partnership kauban ang Philippine Army aron  ipahigayon ang exam sa probinsiya aron di na kinahanglan pa nga mubyahe sa Cagayan de Oro City ang mga indibidwal nga mutake og exam.

Mapasalamaton  ang mga job seekers sa maong job fair. Usa niini si Jade Geno nga nahire isip stockman sa usa ka mall. 

"Malipayon ko kay nahire ko dayon diri, walay dugay-dugay. Sa higayon nga  nangita ko og trabaho, diri ra jud ko makakita ug trabaho og dali,” sumala niya," matud niya.

Para kay Lovelymar Horcerada, usa ka licensed professional teacher, dako iyang pasalamat sa DOLE ug sa provincial government sa pagpahigayon sa job fair kay dako ni og katabang sa mga nanginahalngan og trabaho. 

Aduna sab one stop shop diin naghatag og assistance para sa mga aplikante ang Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, Pag-IBIG Fund, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, National Bureau of Investigation, Commission on Elections, Department of Trade and Industry, Philippine Statistics Authority, aron matabangan ang mga aplikante sa pagproseso sa ilang rekisitos alang sa job application. 

Nagpahigayon sab ang Technical Education and Skills Development Authority og skills demonstration og scholars profiling. Aduna sab legal counseling of notarial services ang Beta Sigma Lambda Iligan.(LELA, PIA Region 10 -Lanao del Norte)
