CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela (PIA) - The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the Local Government Unit of Naguilian recently inaugurated a P5 million worth of access road project leading to the town’s sanitary landfill.

The 123 meters road project was funded through theSeal of Good Local Governance-Incentive Fund program of DILG.

DILG 2 Regional Director Agnes De Leon lauded the initiative and support of the town officials on the various programs and projects of the department.

She said the support of LGU is a manifestation that they are delivering the right services to their constituents.

She further urged the LGU officials to continue serving the the people with the guidance from the officials of the department for the common good of the residents.

Meanwhile, Naguilian Mayor Juan Capuchino expressed his thanks to the DILG for their continuous support in providing funds for important projects for the benefits of Naguileños.

He assured they will continue to serve the residents with consistency and integrity for a progressive Naguilian town. (MGE / PIA Isabela)
