Oaminal orders fast-tracking of MisOcc’s ongoing hospital project

OROQUIETA CITY, Misamis Occidental (PIA)-- Pushing to hasten the ongoing hospital construction, Misamis Occidental Governor Henry Oaminal ordered the fast-tracking of the new medical facility to provide improved healthcare to his constituents.

Once completed, the medical facility will pioneer the most upgraded healthcare system in the province, as it is equipped with advanced medical facilities and competent medical personnel.

The governor inspected the construction of the new Misamis Occidental Provincial Hospital infrastructure project in the province located in Talairon, Oroquieta City, as part of its commitment to expedite public service for the people.

He has been personally assessing the progress of the province's crucial development projects and programs to enhance healthcare services within communities.

When he assumed the gubernatorial post, Gov. Oaminal vowed that one of his priorities was to push for more affordable and accessible healthcare for all Misamisnons.

He especially wants the underprivileged to be catered to with the best healthcare services, despite their living conditions.

Gov. Oaminal personally engaged with site engineers, thus urging them to work on the swift completion of the project.

“The inspection covered every “nook and cranny” of the construction site,” Oaminal said as he underscored the government’s determination to ensure the timely completion of the medical facility.

The MOPH infrastructure project is coupled with the governor’s commitment to improving medical services and reflects the province’s dedication to ensuring the well-being of Misamisnons.

Nearing its completion, the Asenso Misamis Occidental Medical Center is seen as crucial to providing better healthcare services to the people. At the same time, they enjoy improved medical facilities that would better cater to their needs.

Misamisnons will get a boost in health services with the construction of a multi-million project for a provincial hospital known as Asenso Misamis Occidental Medical Center.

The first floor of the hospital building will house the emergency department, laboratory, diagnostic center, pharmacy, patient rooms, services, and treasury, while more wards and private rooms and the surgical and radiology departments will be constructed on the second floor.
