ISIP brings brighter future to Mindoreño students

The Integrated Scholarships and Incentives Program (ISIP)-- a youth project of the Office of House Speaker Martin Romualdez has benefited at least 2,048 youth students across Oriental Mindoro.

ISIP for the Youth is an advocacy program led by Speaker Martin Romualdez that supports President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s education agenda in ensuring students and employment programs where no student will be left behind.

April Arses, a college student-beneficiary of the program, expressed that ISIP would be a great support to her especially the immediate cash assistance and its enrollment to the Tulong-Dunong Program of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). “Malaking benepisyo sa amin ang scholarship na ito dahil mababayaran na ang aming mga gastusin sa paaralan," she said.

In its fifth leg, the ISIP program highlights the collaborative efforts of the Speaker’s office and the First District Congressional Office of Oriental Mindoro Representative Arnan C. Panaligan, where the latter expressed his gratitude to Speaker Romualdez for helping the students of the province.

“Patuloy ang ating educational assistance program at naging posible yan dahil kay Speaker Martin Romualdez,” Panaligan said.

Additional assistance is also provided through the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). (BPSF)
