ZAMBOANGA CITY ─ The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) led by one of its Commissioners, Dr. Earl Jude Paul L. Cleope, with Western Mindanao State University (WMSU) President Dr. Ma. Carla A. Ochotorena, will unveil the historical marker, “Gusali ng Zamboanga Normal School” on 30 April, 9:00 AM. The marker states:

NHCP Commissioner Cleope will present the historical marker. WMSU President Ochotorena will deliver her acceptance message after signing the certificate of transfer. Witnesses to the signing is Prof. Al-Ghani B. Mohammad.
The NHCP is the national government agency mandated to promote Philippine history through its museums, research, and publications, and to preserve historical heritage through conservation and the marking of historic sites and structures.
