The program is designed to offer comprehensive skills training tailored specifically for out-of-school youth, with the primary objective of equipping them with the necessary skills to secure employment opportunities that align with their capabilities.
Bridging the gap between government initiatives and youth aspirations, Dalipe envisions a collaborative effort where the youth can learn and earn simultaneously. This involves partnering with both government agencies and the private sector to create avenues for youth development and economic empowerment.
Recognizing the critical importance of mental health, Dalipe is also pushing for a more open and supportive approach.
"We must be honest about our feelings and not hesitate to seek help," she asserteds.
Her plans include organizing mental health-friendly activities and events, promoting sensitivity and understanding towards mental health issues, and emphasizing the well-being of the youth, especially for Zamboangueños. (KSA/RVC/MLE/DBE-GIP/PIA9-Zamboanga City)
