Iloilo City benepisyaryo sang ‘Pampansang Pabahay Program’ sang gobyerno

SYUDAD SANG ILOILO (PIA6) – Makabenepisyo ang mga kwalipikado nga pumuluyo sang syudad sang Iloilo sa pagatukuron nga housing project sa idalom sang “Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino: Zero ISF Program for 2028” ukon 4PH program sang administrasyon ni Presidente Ferdinand Marcos Jr.

Ang 4PH program ginakabig nga isa sa mga flagship program sang gobyerno sa idalum sang Department of Human Settlements and Urband Development (DHSUD) nga nagalaum nga masolusyunan ang housing backlog sa pungsod sa 2028.

Sang Abril 2, pormal nga ginpirmahan sang Iloilo City Government, DHSUD kag PHIMA Property Holidngs  Corp. ang memorandum of agreement (MOA) para sa ikatatlo nga 4PH program sa syudad.

Ginpangunahan ni Mayor Jerry P. Trenas, DHSUD Undersecretary Roland Samuel Young, DHSUD-6 director Eva Marie Marfil kag PHINMA Housing Community Housing Head Luis Oquinena ang ginhiwat  nga pagpermahanay sang MOA.

Sa iya mensahe, ginhingyo ni Treñas ang iban pa nga local government units (LGUs) nga suportahan ang programa kag ginkilala man ang importansya sini sa kampanya sang syudad nga mahatagan sang maayo nga balay ang mga Ilonggo.

"We all know that our underprivileged residents wanted this housing project. I've been a mayor for a long time and I know that houses for the informal settlers are very important and we would like to be part of this program of the national government," pahayag ni Trenas.

Suno naman kay Marfil, pagatukuron ang proyekto sa Brgy. San Isidro sa distrito sang Jaro pinaagi sa  turnkey scheme, kung sa diin ang developer (PHINMA) ang nagbakal sang duta, kag magadevelop kag ubra sang mga balay, samtang ang city government naman ang maga-pili sang mga kwalipikado nga benepisyaryo.

"Our role is to identify the beneficiaries as they are looking at around 2,000 housing units to be built under this project located at Brgy. San Isidro in Jaro district. We will also prioritize those families in danger zones, like those near the shores and creek as they are the ones we always help during typhoons," dugang pa sang alkalde. (AAL/JNH/PIA Iloilo)
